What are seats?
Think of them as seats in your virtual training room. The number of seats purchased represents the maximum number of individual students that can enroll in the course(s) you’ve selected.
Are seats transferable?
Unfortunately not. However, group administrators can request to have the record of an inactive student deleted from the Dashboard to make it easier to track current students’ progress.
Can I upgrade my Enterprise Level plan if I need more seats?
Yes, you can add more seats to your subscription at any time. Just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What are the terms of the Monthly Plan?
Enterprise Level purchases may be paid for with 3, 6, or 12 Month installment plans. If you selected the Pay by Invoice option, you will receive an invoice by the 15th of each month. These invoices are payable upon receipt. If you chose to pay with a credit card, the monthly payments will be processed automatically and a receipt emailed to you.
If I purchase a single course, can I upgrade to the bundle later on at the discount price?
Yes, you can upgrade to the bundle at any time. Just contact us at email@example.com.
Can I view the training progress of the students in my organization?
Absolutely! Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Group Administrator account. The Group Administrator can see the progress of all enrolled students on our My Dashboard feature.
How do individual students enroll for courses under our Enterprise Level subscription?
Your Group Administrator can login immediately to begin exploring the Spot On Insurance learning platform, including the My Dashboard feature. In 1-2 business days, you will receive an email with instructions for enrolling your team members.
What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel enrollment at any time, but you are still responsible for any remaining monthly payments. Written notice is required 30 days prior to a cancellation. But we’re confident that you’ll be delighted with these online courses!
